I am currently a UEFA C Licensed Coach and the Franchisee/Head Coach for my local Bedford Community at The Football Fun Factory, as well as the UK Ambassador/Coordinator for Football Without Borders Kenya. Previously I was a Programme Director/Academy Coach for Southampton FC and Burlington Youth Football Association in the US.

I am an experienced community and academy football coach with worldwide coaching experience. With over 10 years of experience in worldwide football coaching, player development and talent identification, these roles have really given me the opportunity to showcase my ability and passion for football across the UK, US and Europe.

With the experience gained through education and international work experience, together it has given me the opportunity to gain expert knowledge and experience in coaching, talent identification and player/youth development, as well as show and grow my passion for football, the business behind the game and the charitable side of youth development through sport.

To further my development in coaching and talent identification over the years I have constantly pushed my personal development by enrolling on courses such as the FA Youth Module Award, FA Talent Identification, Scouting and Recruiting Top Performance Athletes and Foundation Scouting Strategies. As well as completing multiple FA CPD modules and graduating from Barça Coach Academy at FC Barcelona Universitás.
